Shipping policy
We ship within Canada only, with the exception of the Province of Quebec.
Processing Time
Your order will be carefully prepared and packaged within 1 to 3 business days, before being dispatched from Coquitlam, BC.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Remote and rural areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Orders over $150 (before tax): Free!
- Orders under $150 (before tax): $13.99 flat rate standard shipping
Faster shipping options including Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority are available at checkout based on your delivery needs.
Please note that single item orders may qualify for a $4.99 Letter Mail option at checkout. Letter Mail is an untracked service, and Australian Trading Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed Letter Mail shipments. If you require tracking, please select our standard shipping option.
Tracking
We partner with Canada Post and equivalent carriers to get your order to you safely and on time. Your tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by our carrier partners, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@australiantradingco.ca and we will do our best to assist.
