We put a lot of care into every order and we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be on its way within 5 to 7 business days.
Returns FAQs
Is return shipping free?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer free return shipping for change of mind returns or incorrect size orders. However if your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and make it right.
For change of mind returns, we will provide you with a prepaid return label upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Can I exchange my item?
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you are unsure, we recommend checking our size guide before placing your order to help find the best fit.
If you have already received your order and would like to make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order straight away to secure your preferred size or style quickly and avoid missing out. You can then follow the return process above for your original item.

What if my item is damaged or faulty, or my order is incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@australiantradingco.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or faulty items please also include a photo.
We will cover all return shipping costs and make sure the matter is resolved promptly.
Can I return a sale item?
Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
What if I have not received my refund?
If you have not received your refund within 5 to 7 business days of our confirmation email, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider first as processing times can vary.
