Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once on their way, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $13.99. Faster options, including Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority, are also available at checkout.
Is Letter Mail an option for my order?
Single item orders may qualify for a $4.99 Letter Mail option at checkout. Please note that Letter Mail is untracked and we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments. If you require tracking please select standard shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada only, with the exception of Quebec.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Start a return page and complete the form with your order number and reason for return. We will be in touch within 1 to 2 business days to confirm next steps.
Is return shipping free?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer free return shipping for change of mind returns or incorrect size orders. However if your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and make it right.
For change of mind returns, we will provide you with a prepaid return label upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Can I exchange my item?
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you are unsure, we recommend checking our size guide before placing your order to help find the best fit.
If you have already received your order and would like to make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order straight away to secure your preferred size or style quickly and avoid missing out. You can then follow the return process above for your original item.

What if my item is damaged or faulty, or my order is incorrect?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@australiantradingco.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or faulty items please also include a photo.
We will cover all return shipping costs and make sure the matter is resolved promptly.
Can I return a sale item?
Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
What if I have not received my refund?
If you have not received your refund within 5 to 7 business days of our confirmation email, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider first as processing times can vary.
If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@australiantradingco.ca and we will look into it for you.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Bonds Wondersuits are sized generously, so a little extra room at the start is completely normal. We recommend checking our Size guide before ordering for weight and height guidance.
Why does WonderGrow have a different size guide?
WonderGrow is specially engineered to span two sizes, growing with your baby and reducing the number of times you need to size up. Because each suit covers a wider age and weight range than a standard Wondersuit, the sizing works a little differently. Check our Size guide for a full breakdown.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@australiantradingco.ca as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you have an account, you can also check your order status by logging in to our website.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account needed. You can checkout as a guest, or create an account to save your details for faster checkout next time.
Australian Trading Co.
Why should I order from Australian Trading Co. rather than directly from Bonds?
When ordering directly from Bonds in Australia, duties and import fees are not included in the checkout price. These can add significantly to your total cost on arrival in Canada.
