Return and Refund policy
We put a lot of care into every order, and we want you to feel good about every purchase. If something is not quite right, here is how we can help.
Return Window and Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase from Australian Trading Co. (e.g. order number or invoice number) is required to process any return or exchange.
Please do not return items directly to the supplier. All returns must be sent back to us.
Returns
To initiate a return, please complete our returns form with your order number and reason for return.
While we do not currently offer free return shipping for change of mind returns or incorrect size orders, we will provide you with a prepaid return label upon request.
Before we process your return, we will confirm the return shipping cost and your final refund amount so you can decide whether you would like to proceed.
Please note: if your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, so please refer to our size guide before placing your order to help find the best fit.
If you have already received your order and would like to make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order straight away to secure your preferred size or style and avoid missing out. You can then follow the return process outlined above for your original item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
If you have not received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card provider first as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@australiantradingco.ca and we will look into it for you.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@australiantradingco.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or defective items please also include a photo.
We will cover all return shipping costs and make sure the matter is resolved promptly.
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless otherwise noted on the product page.
